I think the iPad 3G will be a rubbish web browsing experience. Why? Because AT&T 3G is not very good.

You put up with it on your iPhone because of the size of the device. You don’t expect it to be a fully fledged web browsing experience. That isn’t true with the iPad’s form factor and processor speed. You’ll expect it to behave like your desktop or WiFi connected laptop. It won’t. Do yourself a favour…buy the Wifi only version and use a reader like Byline or Newsrack to cache your reading content before you leave the house.
